Fondant Cupcake


Looks familar?


Yeah, these flowers were the extras that I made for my sister's birthday cake. Sheen asks for 1 fondant flower each time his eye lands on the transparent container where they are kept.

So I decided to make some cupcakes with these flowers for him to bring to school.

Erm, btw, How long fo you reckon we can store these fondant? Anyone?

This is so sweet looking. I am not sure about storing but I kept mine for 3 days.
Anyway, did you add any butter cream on top of the cupcakes before you place the fondant on it?

Hi Anncoo,
there's whipped cream between the cupcake and fondant.

The whipped cream melts the fondant... so I think buttercream is a better choice.
